1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ONEFIVE website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy.

2. Products & Availability

Products are subject to availability. We aim to display product descriptions, colours and images accurately, but screen settings may affect how colours appear. We may correct errors or update product details and availability. An order is accepted subject to confirmation and availability.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
Applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout where available.
Payment is processed through the payment method and provider offered at checkout. Orders may be held until payment is confirmed.
We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you if an error affects your order before proceeding.
Promotional prices apply only while displayed and during the stated promotion period. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

4. Orders & Shipping

Review your order and delivery details carefully before completing checkout.
Order confirmation does not remove the need to resolve payment, availability or delivery issues if they arise.
Delivery options, estimated times and charges depend on the destination and will be shown where available during checkout or on our Shipping & Returns page.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We will communicate material issues where reasonably possible.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Please review our Shipping & Returns policy before ordering.
Return requests for eligible items must be made within 7 days of delivery, with items unused and in their original condition with tags and packaging, as set out in that policy.
Some items, including worn items and certain sale or clearance items, may not be eligible for return except where required by law or where an item is faulty or incorrect.
Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the relevant instructions.

6. Promotions & Discounts

Any promotion or discount is subject to its stated terms and validity period.
Where a code is required, it must be applied at checkout. It generally cannot be applied after an order has been completed.
Discounts cannot be combined unless the promotion expressly allows it.
We may correct or end a promotion where necessary, subject to applicable law and orders already accepted.

8. Account & Security

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Provide accurate information when placing orders and do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers or our services, subject to applicable law.
